Members Only Access...
Here are some helpful tips when trying to access the SWR Institute members only section
What's my username?
Typically your username is the email address that SWR headquarters currently has on file.
What's my password?
Your password was setup when you first joined the SWR. If you don't remember this please try our automated password recovery page or call us at 816.472.7974.
Clear your cache files
Internet Explorer 5.x:
Select "Tools | Internet Options..." from the main menu
Change to the "General" tab
Click on "Delete Files" button
Netscape
Select "Edit | Preferences..." from the main menu
Change to the "Advanced | Cache" section
Click on "Clear Memory Cache" and "Clear Disk Cache" buttons to clear memory and disk cache
I still can't log in...
If you have verified that you are using the correct user name and password, make sure that you are using a supported browser. This website currently supports, Internet Explorer version 5.5 or better and Netscape Version 7 if you are using another software product to login (such as Opera or Outlook) you may have problems logging in or browsing this site.
