About this project:
In Phase I of this project, Mid-Continental Restoration Company, Inc. was involved in the horizontal waterproofing of the plaza deck. This plaza serves as the roof for below-grade retail spaces. Following Phase I, the owner decided to replace all sealants on the 54-story tower building. Phases I and II of this project were completed in 1999 at a total cost of $1,182,838.93.
