About this project:
At the Cherry Creek Towers Concominium Building a 1950 contemporary aluminum glass curtain wall facility Premier provided design build services for the plaza renovations and turnkey construction. Work consisted of removal of the deteriorated concrete plaza and sturctures and replacement with a state-of-the-art waterproofing and paver system. Premier provided new elaborate curved cast-in-place concrete planter seat walls, new landscaping, upgraded elecrtrical and mechanical systems and architectural shade structures in a contemporary modern design.
